Justin Sherman is the founder and owner of JustinTime Baseball — a youth development and coaching company based in Westchester County, NY, serving thousands of players ages 3–13 across the tri-state area every year.
A proud Play Ball Ambassador through Major League Baseball’s youth initiative, Justin believes baseball is a vehicle for personal growth — building resilience, teamwork, and confidence that players carry far beyond the field. His approach is built specifically for parent coaches: practical, encouraging, and easy to implement at any level.
